Sep. 15, 2009- Beat Furrer was one of the featured composers at the Moving Sounds Festival 2009, a concert series celebrating new music and art of Austria with performances at multiple venues across New York City. Furrer saw the world premiere of his new work Xenos II at Le Poisson Rouge on September 12, where the composer himself was the featured guest performer alongside the Argento Chamber Ensemble.
