World premiere of Takayoshi Yoshioka’s Percussion Quartet No.3

Percussionists Masahiro Kurokawa, Makoto Shibahara, Keiko Kotoku, and Ritsuko Okuma performed the world premiere of Takayoshi Yoshioka’s Percussion Quartet No.3 on July 17 at the Tokyo Bunka Kaikan Recital Hall. The performance was part of the concert, "Takayoshi Yoshioka Composition Solo Exhibition 2021," a portrait concert featuring this and other works by Takayoshi Yoshioka including Transfiguration for marimba duo, Concerto for Marimba, Timpani, and Four Percussionists, Fantasy for Koto and Marimba, and Cosmo Flower for Mixed Chorus and Four Percussionists.
