The 2019 festival presented premiere performances of nearly 30 works by Polish composers of various generations, from emerging talent to established masters. In addition to the Polish National Radio Symphony Orchestra, which organized the event, the festival hosted some of the foremost Polish ensembles, including the AUKSO Chamber Orchestra of the City of Tychy, Camerata Silesia – the Katowice City Singers’ Ensemble, Silesian String Quartet, and the New Music Orchestra, as well as a number of outstanding soloists: Linus Roth, Agata Zubel, Joanna Freszel, Dariusz Przybylski, Jadwiga Kotnowska, and Maciej Frąckiewicz.

Finally, Agata Zubel's 3x3 was premiered by the Ensemble 2e2m, led by Pierre Roullier, on April 9 at the Auditorium Marcel Landowski in Paris. Zubel's Labyrinth was performed on the same program titled "It's a Woman's World (Too)".

Agata Zubel describes 3X3:

"Units form groups, groups form communities, [and] communities create societies. Three times three, words-phases-contexts, a form-predicting development.... Each individual, group and community demands recognition, [and] needs to be picked out of the crowd....[No one knows what will happen or who controls the forces driving our actions]. Music, however, is a matter of elegance, and elegance is the meeting of knowledge, context, and aesthetics. What if we assume that someone will control these forces, uniting us or disappearing? ...It is possible to do this in music, and even if the answer is not obvious, you will not be blinded if we try."
