Exhibition “Al compás de Madrid” Displays Joaquín Rodrigo's Music and Personal Effects

On April 24, an exhibition titled “Al compás de Madrid” ("To the Beat of Madrid") will be inaugurated at the Biblioteca Regional de Madrid. The exhibition includes several items related to Joaquín Rodrigo, among them his braille machine, a bronze sculpture of his hands and the score of the symphonic poem Palillos y panderetas (1982), which was commissioned by the Mayor of Madrid and dedicated to the city.
