Aleksander Lasoń's Ananda Premiered in Poland

The Silesian String Quartet and pianist Tymoteusz Bie perform the world premiere of Aleksander Lasoń's Ananda on July 28 in Zakopane, Poland, as part of the Karol Szymanowski Music Days Festival. The Festival notes:
"In 2021, the Polish artistic community will celebrate the 70th birthday of the composers of the Stalowa Wola Generation, also known as the '51 Generation: Eugeniusz Knapik, Aleksander Lasoń and Andrzej Krzanowski. The works of these artists are a natural continuation of the activities of Karol Szymanowski, the father of Polish music of the 20th century."
