Schott Music Is Now the Exclusive Distributor of Verlagsgruppe Hermann "Masterworks Edition"

We are proud to announce that, as part of our recent partnership with Austrian publishing house Verlagsgruppe Hermann, Schott Music is now the exclusive distributor of their “Masterworks Edition” of critical performance materials for major stage works, including newly engraved and corrected materials for Falstaff, Nabucco, Macbeth, Otello, Rigoletto, Don Carlos, Tosca, Madama Butterfly, Carmen, Pique Dame, L'elisir d'amore, Boris Godunov and countless other popular titles.

Additionally, Tosca, Madama Butterfly, Carmen, Pique Dame and Boris Godunov are available for the first time in "Comprehensive Editions", containing all versions of the operas that have ever been used for performances historically as well as full critical reports. All materials include scores, parts and vocal scores with consistent musical content and bar numbers. 

Verlagsgruppe Hermann’s acclaimed “Strauss Edition Vienna” is also available exclusively from Schott Music. The edition includes the New Johann Strauss Complete Edition, comprising the complete works of the Viennese master in high quality new editions, prepared and published according to the latest academic research criteria in their original versions. The edition also features works by Josef, Eduard and Johann Strauss the Elder.
