Orchestrated Arrangements of Conlon Nancarrow's Study No. 6 and Study No. 9 at the BBC Proms

On September 1, the London Sinfonietta under the baton of Geoffrey Paterson, returned to the BBC Proms for a live showcase of gripping music of the past 50 years, including Conlon Nancarrow's Study No. 6 and Study No. 9 from Studies for Player Piano, arranged for chamber orchestra by Yvar Mikhashoff. The concert also included Tansy Davies neon and Anna Meredith's Axeman.
