Naxos Japan Streams Works by Atsutada Otaka

May. 01, 2021

In March 2021, the Japan Philharmonic Orchestra established their own record label, Japan Philharmonic Orchestra Recordings. They are the first orchestra in Japan to stream notable recordings to audiences not only within Japan but globally.

In cooperation with Naxos Japan, an album of two works by Atsutada Otaka is now available to stream. These include his Piano Concerto and Symphony "Au-delà du temps". The performace, featuring Kiyotaka Noda and the Japan Philharmonic, led by Jun'ichi Hirokami, can be streamed on Naxos Music Library, Apple Music, Spotify, Amazon Music Unlimited, and YouTube Music.

Scores for these works are on sale, and the parts are on rental:
Concerto pour piano et orchestre (2016) [ZN 899793]
Symphonie - "Au-delà du temps" - (2011) [ZN 899596]
