On August 26, 2006 the Salzburg Festival featured the premiere of his Ariosi for soprano, bass clarinet and orchestra, which was also commissioned by the festival. On February 2, 2007 Trojahn's Che fie di me for two sopranos and orchestra, commissioned by Southwest German Radio Stuttgart, was premiered at Stuttgart's ECLAT - Festival. The BBC Symphony Orchestra recently performed the world premiere of Seither's Gran Passo on November 16, 2007. Aribert Reimann, speaking during her awarding of the Wilfried Steinbrenner Scholarship, remarked that "her music has a fragile sensitivity... she tries to make silence audible...the quintessence of her music lies precisely in the way it eavesdrops on vibrations beyond the perceptible and intelligible.
