Chamber Works by Huw Watkins Featured at Wigmore Hall

On January 21, Lawrence Power (viola/violin), Matthew Hunt (clarinet), and Huw Watkins (piano) perform a concert of chamber music at Wigmore Hall as part of Huw Watkins's residency at Wigmore this season. The group will perform the UK premiere of Thomas Adès's4 Berecuses from "The Exterminating Angel" for viola, clarinet, and piano, Robert Schumann's Märchenerzählungen, Op. 132, Béla Bartók's Contrasts, and several chamber works by Huw Watkins, including Three Postcards, Dream, Five Duos, and Speak Seven Seas.
